These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://summitedge.co.in and the products and services offered by Summit Edge ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website, placing an order, or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Our Products & Services

We sell genuine, brand-new US-model printers from HP, Canon, Epson, and Brother, and we provide printer setup guides, troubleshooting content, and appointment-based printer setup and repair services. Setup help is included free with any printer purchase.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change until an order is confirmed. Orders are confirmed by email along with a secure payment link; an order is not final until payment is completed. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, including orders for items that are out of stock or mispriced.

Shipping & Returns

Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $75; a flat shipping fee applies to smaller orders. We offer 30-day returns on unused printers in original packaging; the customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Warranty

Every printer we sell carries the full US manufacturer warranty. Warranty service is performed by the manufacturer or its authorized service centers under their warranty terms. Summit Edge does not provide a separate product warranty beyond facilitating manufacturer coverage.

Appointments

Appointment requests submitted through our booking page are confirmed by email or phone before the appointment is final. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Summit Edge is an independent reseller and service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized support provider for HP, Canon, Epson, or Brother. All manufacturer trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Setup Guides & Content

Our guides and blog content are provided for general educational purposes and may not account for every device, network, or software configuration. Always follow manufacturer documentation where it differs from our guidance.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when ordering or booking, and for ensuring your use of any content on this site complies with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Summit Edge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, products purchased through it, or reliance on guidance provided through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
